After spending more than a decade in corporate retail, Dustin decided it was time to trade the button-ups and pleats for something a little more creative. Turns out, hair was exactly where he belonged.

Dustin began his career in hair as an apprentice at Dear Clark, training alongside Kaycee and the team to develop his skills. Now, years later, he’s back alongside some familiar faces at Clark and Company. We love a full-circle moment.

He specializes in sculpted haircuts, texture-conscious shapes, and customized color, with a particular love for natural, lived-in looks that grow out beautifully without demanding constant maintenance.

From curls and shorter shapes to long layers and dimensional color, Dustin works with all hair types, textures, and identities. Every service is designed around your hair, your life, and your vibe—not a label.

Dustin is especially passionate about creating a welcoming, affirming, queer-friendly space for the LGBTQIA+ community, where clients can talk openly about how they want to look and feel without assumptions about what their hair should be. Whether you’re looking for something subtle, something transformative, or something that simply feels more like you, you’re welcome in his chair.

Consultation is a big part of his process. Dustin believes in honest recommendations, healthy hair, realistic expectations, and having a plan before the shears or color come out.

When he’s not behind the chair, he’s usually buried in a book, surrounded by his dogs, or cooking up something sweet.

His approach is simple: great hair should work with your life, not make your life more complicated.
