Madeline, salon manager at Clark & Company Salon

MADELINE

SALON MANAGER

If you’ve been to Clark and Company, chances are you already know Madeline. She’s the smiling face keeping things moving, solving problems, answering questions, and somehow making it all look easy.

Around here, we like to say Madeline has “resting pleasant face.” She is quite literally always smiling—and thankfully, the personality matches. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, she’s loved by clients and the team alike.

Madeline and Kaycee go way back. She first joined Kaycee at Dear Clark in 2017 as a receptionist while attending cosmetology school. After graduating, she followed Kaycee when she ventured out on her own and spent several years apprenticing behind the chair.

But somewhere along the way, Madeline figured out something important: while she understood the hair side of the business, she really loved the business side of the hair business.

That combination makes her especially good at something incredibly valuable: helping clients figure out who to book with. Madeline can talk with you over the phone about your hair, your goals, your maintenance preferences, and the service you’re considering, then help match you with the Clark and Company stylist who makes the most sense.

Today, as Salon Manager, Madeline keeps the wheels turning. She understands what happens behind the chair, what clients need in front of it, and what it takes behind the scenes to keep a busy salon running smoothly.

She’s the person our stylists count on, our clients trust, and Kaycee would probably prefer we not calculate how many things would fall apart without her.

Basically, if Clark and Company has a heartbeat, Madeline helps keep it steady—and she’ll probably be smiling while she does it.
