Meet Riley

SMALL BUT MIGHTY

Riley may be early in her career, but she came into the industry ready to work.

She earned her cosmetology license in 2023 after beginning her training while still in high school at Martin in Arlington. Then, because apparently one license wasn’t enough, she headed to Paul Mitchell and added her barber license in 2025—making her dual licensed in both cosmetology and barbering.

Short hair is definitely Riley’s territory. She loves the detail and precision that come with shorter cuts, and she’s equally happy when there’s a bowl of vivid color involved. The bolder, the better.

At Clark and Company, Riley is continuing her education with Kaycee while filling in with the team as needed and expanding her skills in blonding and extensions. She’s ambitious, creative, and ready to learn—which means you’ll probably be seeing more of her around the salon as she continues to grow behind the chair.

Outside the salon, Riley trades hair color for actual paint. She loves painting, starting a new show, spending time outside with her family, and taking her dogs for walks.
