Meet LillyONE TO WATCH
Lilly may be one of the newer faces at Clark and Company, but she’s definitely not new to working hard.
After graduating from Aveda, Lilly decided to go all-in on a career in hair—but entrepreneurship wasn’t exactly new territory. While still in cosmetology school, she owned and operated her own coffee truck, eventually selling the business after graduation so she could focus completely on becoming a hairdresser.
Before joining Clark and Company in early 2026, Lilly gained experience in men’s cutting and grooming. Today, she works alongside the team as Clark and Company’s salon assistant while training directly under Kaycee to become a stylist at the salon. She’s continuing to develop her skills in cutting, color, texture, and all the details that turn good hair into really great hair.
You’ll often see Lilly working throughout the salon, assisting with clients and soaking up everything she can. She’s curious, hardworking, and genuinely excited about the craft—and as her training progresses, you’ll start seeing more of her work from behind the chair.
And considering she managed to run a coffee business while going to hair school, we’re fairly confident she can handle just about anything.
Lilly is one to watch. She’s building her craft, finding her voice as a hairdresser, and we’re excited to see where she takes it.
